MEET THE TEAM


Roscoe has been Behardien Physiotherapy since 2018 and has a special interest in sports Physiotherapy as well as cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation in the intensive care unit (ICU).
Roscoe qualified with a BSc Physiotherapy from the University of Stellenbosch in 2016, where he went on to complete his community service at Khayelitsha District Hospital in 2017.
Highlights:

Head physiotherapist at Union-Milnerton Rugby Club from 2018 till 2021

Published a systematic review and meta-analysis in the journal of back and musculoskeletal rehabilitation - presented at the world conference for physiotherapy in 2017.

Member of the cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation group at the South African physiotherapy society

Currently specialising in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation (CPT 1) with an expected completion date of end 2022.
Roscoe Lyle Fisher

Kathryn has been with Maahir Behardien Physiotherapy since 20XX and has a special interest in rehabilitation physiotherapy where she can help others get back onto their feet.
Kathryn qualified with a BSc Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape in 2017, where she went on to complete her community service at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital in Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2018.

Kathryn Nieuwstadt

Miskah has been with Maahir Behardien Physiotherapy since 2015 and has a special interest in treating adult and paediatric cardio-pulmonary conditions.
Miskah qualified with a BSc Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape in 2012, where she went on to complete her community service at Humansdorp Hospital in the Eastern Cape in 2013. Miskah practiced Physiotherapy at Humansdorp Hospital up until 2015.
